These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ES Website and all purchases made through this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that all products will be used for lawful research purposes only.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Order & Payment

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. We accept major credit cards and selected crypto currencies. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS technology.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once the product has shipped. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
